Ligonier to Saxe: he has shown Saxe's letter to Cumberland, who has sent couriers for instructions and authorization; as soon as they return, Cumberland will advise Saxe. Soldiers should always be frank with each other, and Ligonier hopes for a successful outcome, as two such great princes will be negotiating. He will stay with Cumberland as long as Saxe sees fit.
