Prince Eugene to Marlborough: he has no objection to the proposed exchange of prisoners. He also can contribute officers and men for Spain. They have crossed the Var, and the country is in great confusion. They will decide by the next day whether to march directly on Toulon, or first besiege Antibes. PS. that it has been decided to proceed directly to Toulon. The French have crossed the Rhine and are bound to send a large detachment towards them. It is a perilous enterprise.
