In 2007 the series was the responsibility of the Single Payment Scheme team, CAP Reform and EU Strategy Programmes, Evidence and Knowledge Base Core Function, Directorate General Food and Farming Group.

In 2008 and 2009 the sieries was the responsibility of the Single Payment Scheme team, CAP Reform and EU Strategy, Evidence and Knowledge Base International Relations, Directorate General Food and Farming.
